Sahaja Retreat
17. – 23. November 2026
A quiet 7-day immersion in Traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, and self-observation, designed for those who want to step away from noise and return to a more natural rhythm.
FOCUS
This is HOW WE
flow HERE
Sahaja means something already present, simply uncovered.
Natural. Effortless. Unforced.
What happens when you return to that?
When your practice, your health, and your life are no longer pushed, but supported by a natural rhythm?
Noise, constant activity, and ongoing stimulation make it difficult to stay with anything long enough for it to settle. Over time, this doesn't just affect the mind, but also the body: sleep, digestion, energy, and the ability to feel steady.
This 7-day retreat is an immersion into traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, and self-observation, rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Himalayan Tradition.
Set in a quieter, more spacious environment, where simplicity is not added but allowed, the practice begins to settle. Held by nature, the nervous system softens, breath deepens, and the body gradually returns to a more balanced state.
You don't need to be advanced.
But you do need to be sincere.

Meet Your Teacher
The practice is shaped as much by the person guiding it as by the space itself. Getting to know who holds the space helps you arrive with more trust, ease, and openness.
Dea Putri
Dea is a Traditional Hatha Yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner. Her teaching is rooted in daily sādhanā, classical study, and the guidance of her teachers, with an emphasis on practice that is precise, experiential, and grounded in tradition.
With a background in Anthropology and yoga history research, she bridges scholarship and lived practice — helping students understand not only how to practice, but where the practices come from and why they matter.
In holding retreats, Dea creates spaces that feel grounded, spacious, and deeply intentional. Through traditional Hatha Yoga, meditation, breath awareness, and self-observation, she offers the right conditions for people to step away from noise, reconnect with practice, and return to a steadier relationship with themselves.
